The Hamburg Democratic Committee (HDC) is composed of two representatives from each voting district in the Town of Hamburg. Members are elected for a two-year term and must obtain petition signatures to represent Democrats in their district. The HDC is responsible for nominating and endorsing Democratic candidates for local government positions, gathering petition signatures, attending events and fundraisers, and providing support as needed.
